RFP-RBS-pT7-pLac-RBS-T7RNAP

This DNA can self promotes itself via the T7RNAP and the pT7 mechanism. The T7RNAP gene gene product is T7RNAP which in turn causes the promotion of the pT7 gene and in the end causes the cell to fluoresce red. The RFP gene is backwards to prevent any read through transcription.
